Front Desk Sales Associate

Job Duties:

• Participate in boots on the ground marketing activities to drive new leads to the studio
• Prospect and engage new leads to increase in-studio sales
• Generate daily leads and book new clients to take classes at our studio
• Initiate follow up calls to check in and reconnect with clients
• Deliver membership rate presentations in studio and sign on new members to our amazing community
• Manages all sales systems during and outside studio hours
• Work as a cohesive team with all Row Republic team members to ensure efficiency and team building
• Maintain a positive attitude and upbeat energy
• Executes all operational checklists and maintains an clean, neat, and organized front desk and lobby
• Greet members and guests promptly
• Welcome new clients and lead them through client intake process
• Assist front desk staff with class check-in
• Advise clients on most suitable packages post class experience
• Provide support to Row Republic Trainers to ensure successful class check-in process

Must Haves:

• Minimally 1 year of sales experience, boutique fitness studio experience, hospitality experience, and/or retail
• Customer service and/or client facing experience
• A passion to sell
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Perform tasks and take initiative without additional direction
• Excellent communication skills both in person as well as on the phone and via email
• The flexibility to work weekends, holidays, some early morning/midday/late evening schedule
