Row Republic Front Desk Team Member

As the first people that clients see when they enter our studio, Row Republic Front Desk Team Members need to be experts in delivering an unrivaled hospitality experience. Front Desk Team Members should be a resource for our clients to ask any questions about our fitness program and business. All team members should be enthusiastic and excited about meeting and greeting our clients and welcoming them into the Row Republic community.

Major Responsibilities:

·         Deliver high level customer service and hospitality to clients daily

·         Provide support to Row Republic Trainers to ensure successful class check-in process

·         Assist Row Republic Trainers during Pre-Class Orientation period by helping clients get set up on their rowing machine and teach proper rowing form

·         Work as a cohesive team with all Row Republic team members to ensure efficiency and team building

·         Maintain a positive attitude and upbeat energy

·         Execute daily operating procedures to maintain Row Republic’s special culture, appearance, and atmosphere

Must Haves:

·         Customer service and/or client facing experience

·         The flexibility to work weekends, holidays, some early morning/midday/late evening schedule

·         The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment

·         Perform tasks and take initiative without additional direction

·         Excellent communication skills both in person as well as on the phone and via email

·         Great organizational skills
