I've never been one to turn down a challenge. I grew up an athlete, a performer, and an explorer -- always looking for the next big adventure. It wasn't until recently I discovered I could be all of those things. I fell in love with fitness, quit my corporate job, and never looked back.
After spending the last 4 years teaching barre, strength, and cycle, I found Row -- and what an incredible and exciting new challenge it has been. Walking into the "Deep Blue" is a feeling you won't get anywhere else, and I can't wait to share it with you!
"It's not supposed to be easy, it's supposed to be worth it."
Why I Row  Energy, camaraderie, and that post row high -- can't beat it.
Guilty pleasure Schitt's Creek, Bieber and spray whipped cream (straight to the face).
Dream Row Republic location Santorini
My goal is to get as many new people into rowing fitness as possible because it changed my life and I think it can change many others.
My hope is that people connect with the sport like Joey and I did, and that Row Republic becomes more than a workout—but a community.
Rowing has been a great new challenge for her, and she hopes to share that with all of you in the Deep Blue!
