Resistance Training
Targeted muscle strength training and bodyweight circuits at your bench; utilizing muscle exhaustion to maximize development. Designed to tone and build lean muscle.
HIIT Rowing
Legs, Core, Arms is the name of the game. Get ready for full body resistance based cardio that creates an intense caloric burn all the while remaining low impact on your joints. Designed to burn and sculpt.
50 Minutes
50-minute sessions, 3 to 4 times per week is all you need to start maximizing your results and changing your life.

Signature
The class that built Row Republic. You will experience all the Republic has to offer with a mix of HIIT and Endurance rounds focusing on maximum muscle definition and metabolic output.
HIIT
This is no slow and steady walk in the park, it’s an intense short-interval workout designed to establish and build a strong aerobic foundation, pushing you into the fat-burning zone and sculpting a lean, toned body.
Endurance
A staple RR session that relies on more reps, and distance training to increase muscular and cardiovascular capacity. This emphasis on power and stability with longer work periods packs a powerful strength and cardio punch.
