Yes. Our class is designed to provide a world-class workout to people who have never rowed before. Before your first class, you will take “First Timer’s Orientation”, a 15-minute introduction to proper rowing form, our equipment, and our class dynamic. Go at your own pace and make sure you have fun. Our team will help you every step of the way.
That depends on a lot of factors. Everyone is different. We have seen clients burn from 700 to 1,300 calories depending on weight, body composition, and workout level. Row Republic also has an intense afterburn effect meaning your body will continue to have an increased calorie burn up to 36 hours after class.
